Lord knows we need to find the humor in politics again.
Los Angeles-based writer, actress and producer Catherine Urbanek — who’s also a Catholic and an NFL fan, so we like her for all kinds of reasons — tackles both the male-female and political divides in a sharply funny video about a first date between young people at opposite ends of the ideological spectrum.
In the end, it turns out they have more in common than they expect.
There’s a bit of mild language and some kissing; and they don’t get into life issues. It’s suitable for work, unless your co-workers have no sense of humor about politics.
